Four Simple Steps to Registration
Complete each step carefully to ensure smooth registration
Create Your Candidate Profile
Candidates must create and register a profile on the official IFMI website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. The IFMI website is the primary platform for updates and candidate communications.
Registration for examinations and fee payments implies acceptance of IFMI standards, terms of service, and privacy policies.
Prepare Required Documents
Candidates must provide identification details and submit documents required for registration, including:
Government-issued ID
Passport, driver's license, or national ID
Passport-size photo
Recent photograph (within 6 months)
Signed and dated CV
Current curriculum vitae with signature
Proof of PPA training completion
Certificate issued by the RTP
Additional documents
Any other documents requested by IFMI
Document Requirements
- • All documents must be in PDF format
- • Maximum file size: 1MB per document
- • Ensure documents are clear and legible
Sign the Exam Registration Agreement
Candidates must sign a registration agreement (written or electronic where legally permissible) confirming commitment in regards with adherence to exam rules and standards.
Receive Enrollment Confirmation
IFMI will issue a notification confirming enrollment in the PPA examination as a Candidate.

Candidates must be able to operate a computer that meets exam requirements. IFMI will use partner tools (e.g., Ourtoga) to support administration.
